Dwayne serves as the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has authored numerous articles online, and is an co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's unchangeable truth.
